Dr. Will Smalley is from Dublin, Georgia and is thrilled to be practicing in his hometown. He graduated with a Biology major from the University of Georgia and attended the Medical College of Georgia School of Dentistry where he received his DMD degree. Dr. Smalley completed his oral and maxillofacial surgery training at the University of Tennessee's Medical Center in Knoxville. At this level 1 trauma center, his training included: conscious sedation and general anesthesia, head and neck oncology and pathology with ablation and reconstruction, facial trauma with reconstruction, temporomandibular joint surgeries, orthognathic surgeries to correct facial skeletal deformities, and dental alveolar procedures such as extractions, bone grafting, and dental implants. During his residency, he was exposed to facial plastics as well cleft lip and palate reconstruction in pediatric patients. Dr. Smalley is certified in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).

Dr. Smalley is board certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He is also a member of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and the Georgia Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. Dr. Will Smalley is an Eagle Scout and has remained active in the boy scouts via his role as assistant scout master in his local troop.

When not in the office, Dr. Smalley enjoys avid outdoor activities such as hunting, hiking, and white water kayaking. He is married to his hometown sweetheart, Paige Moses; together they have two children, Madelyn, 9 years old and William, 6 years old.
